Aim and Scope

Egyptian Journal of Food Science (EJFS) is a peer-reviewed and regularly issued journal that publishes four classes of manuscripts after refereeing by two independent reviewers. These include articles (original research papers), letter to Editor, notes and review articles. The Egyptian Journal of Food Science covers the following topics:
